The Field Sales Co-ordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to assigned Area Sales Managers. This includes the preparation of customer quotations, providing company information, the completion and filing of relevant documents within set deadlines and the submission of professionally procured tenders.
Key requirements for the post:
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and employees
- IT literate with proven experience of using all Microsoft Office packages
- Experience in a similar role role
- An overall professional appearance along with a friendly but focused attitude
Principal Accountabilities
- Preparation and submission of tenders
- Provide exceptional face to face, verbal and written customer service
- Efficiently and accurately use Sage Line 500 to process customer orders, create reports, upkeep the quality of data and answer customer queries
- Maintain the company’s CRM and sales lead database
- Maintaining the company’s margin standards at quote and order stages
- Be involved in the creation and review of Sales Office processes
- Follow and maintain the company filing structure
- Complete handovers of installation orders to the Contracts Manager
- Liaise with other departments within the company to assist in answering queries
- To ensure all internal and external communication accurately reflects the image of Sutcliffe Play Ltd
- To maintain a positive office environment
- Any other duties as required
The company is sited in Upton, near Pontefract, West Yorkshire – the applicant is expected to work from the head office for all the contracted hours (36.25 Hrs per week)
